The You Are Project

youAreYouLogo
HELLO! (I've missed you guys.)

I recently wrote a post for the You Are Project about Fashion & Faith. How can I serve God while having a love for something that is considered superficial? You can read the post here!

A quick update about where I've been: I was accepted into a 5 week pre-college program at SCAD. I didn't find out until a week before the program started.. So I rushed here. Since I didn't have much time to prepare for this, the blog has unfortunately been neglected. (How do you college girls find the time to blog and finish assignments? So much work!) Anyway, I promise I will be back to blogging soon! If you're interested in seeing what I'm up to, you can always follow me on Twitter and Instagram :-)

  1. kenzie, i truly loved reading your post about God and being the body of Christ on Earth :)

SO many times, I ask myself how do I balance these things that society has deemed important with what God has deemed important. Music, style, EVERYTHING.

This really gave me insight and helped me look at the situation through different and clear, but liberating eyes :)

    Thank you.

  2. I didn't know you are a Christian! That's so cool, I am too! I had thought you were (you have a fashion and faith button on your sidebar).
I really admire your style. I have a modest fashion blog too-if you'd like to check it out:

  4. You did such a great job, Kenzie. I'm always impressed by how mature and grounded you are, especially for your age. It's an indication of God's work in your life and a surrendered heart that's truly anchored in him. :) Have fun at your program!

  5. I am so excited about your opportunity at SCAD! Totally awesome. I love that place...

I also love your post about faith and fashion. This is one of the things that I love about Mormon bloggers, they have an exuberance that is unmatched in the bloggy world. They are always so open about their faith and cute at the same time!

As to your question about college and blogging, it only goes down from here girl. :)
